I tried and it was not possible with my Com0com setup on Com 2 and Com 4.
Either application would work Ok but not together.

In the French Condor Nav manual it details the use of VSPE which has two pairs of com ports:

Com 2 and Com 4

and the second as a splitter for Com 4 to Com 5

Condornav then runs on Com 5 (set up in the .ini file)

I do not know Com0com well enough to know if this com port splitting is possible.
Condor CN = E20

Thank you Andy for answer! I will try to translate and read French manual.
For me the best would be to have both navigation apps on the same machine (2nd monitor)... (XCSoar also on PC, not on smartphone)
I looked at VSPE site and 32 bit ver. is free - will it work with Condor etc at 64 bit Win 7? Anyone knows? Will try myself weekend maybe...

I briefly looked at com0com info and it is possible for the condor port to feed more than one application port by using hub4com.
