(late...) Congratulations on your functioning Condor motion platform ! I've been very busy, but have been meaning to get in contact with you to talk shop of some Condor projects. A few years back, Roland Van Roy and Ian Hopper were providing me with excellent help and advice, and I got Condor copies to them to see if the BFF driver could be made to work with Condor in hopes of my own motion platform. I developed a control loading scheme that a super simple but effective circuit was born out of, which may be of interest to you.
My projects wound up on the backburner, but I got the email some months back from Ian that success had been achieved with Condor and the BFF driver, then I saw your post and checked out your rig and vids. Impressive, and I had no idea Ian was working on a 6DoF adaptation so it was doubly exiting to me. I will probably still make a 3DoF platform much like Roland's current getup, except with a glider cockpit of course... I've been too broke to fly my glider these days, so I've dived back into Condorland and have revived my projects, expanded some, curtailed others, and added new ones that I've yet to rant about here in cockpit builders.
You should really get together more info/vids/etc and put some more posts here to be appreciated, your project is a marvel to behold!
