projector screens - curve degrees ?

Postby michaeljc13 » Tue Mar 12, 2013 1:27 am

I would like to know the best way to make a curved screen ? I have used flat screens before at a 35 degree angle but would like to make a curved screen . Three screens are 72 inches wide ?

I meant all three screens are 72 inches wide each. Three projectors are 10ft away.

My screen has 2 steel U-profiles bend in a 4,4 meter radius Then we made 7 plywood panels. They are glued on 3 wooden frames. One at the top, one in the middle one at the bottom. Those frames are shaped to the same radius as the U profile so they can slide in. The sides are reenforced by vertical wooden beams. This will stand on it's own. I'm planning to fix the frames together by bolting the vertical beams together at the seams.
