I would appreciate a TrackIR. My hands are not healthy, unfortunately.
Or SeeYou or Desktop license. I fight hard. :)

Hi all,

The SBC2012 finished a few weeks ago and we are happy to announce that the Jury could eventually hold a meeting to award the prizes to the winners.

And we want to reward not only the winners but also pilots who demonstrated other qualities than pure performance such as endurance, toughness or regular participation.

That is why we will proceed in 2 steps.

Step #1: only the 6 best pilots at the general ranking are concerned.

Step #2: an announcement will be made later, when Step #1 is over.

Instructions for Step 1/2

 Available prizes

- Prize n°1 - 1 real flight in the French Alps with Les planeurs de Challes (CSVVA)
- Prize n°2 - 1 real flight in the French Alps with Les planeurs de Challes (CSVVA)
- Prize n°3 - 1 real flight in the South West of France with Les planeurs du Bassin d'Arcachon
- Prize n°4 - 1 real flight in the South West of France with Les planeurs du Bassin d'Arcachon
- Prize n°5 - 1 TrackIR 5 with TrackIR.fr
- Prize n°6 - 1 TrackIR 4 with TrackIR.fr
- Prize n°7 - 1 SeeYou license with Naviter (if you choose this prize, please specify the license you wish: Desktop or Mobile)
- Prize n°8 - 1 SeeYou license with Naviter (if you choose this prize, please specify the license you wish: Desktop or Mobile)
- Prize n°9 to 14 - 1 Plane Pack (6 available) with Condor Soaring (if you choose this prize, please specify which Plane Pack you wish: 1 or 2)
- Prize n°15 to 20 - 1 Condor Club Premium Membership (1 year) (6 available) with Condor Club
- Prize n°21 to 26 - 1 SkyBattle Cup 2012 Mouse Pad (6 available) crafted by a member of Condorsim.fr

 6 best pilots at the general ranking

1 BAD Dmitriy Balykin Charon
2 AXM Arne-Martin Guettler AM Guettler
3 GUT Guillaume Trichard Guillaume Trichard
4 JJJ Jeroen Jennen Ackkie
5 CIA Andrzej Czop Andrzej Czop
6 8KA Ronny Lindell Ronny

 Instructions

As the prizes are really different in their nature, it can be difficult to assign a prize such as a real flight to a person not living in France. That is why we decided to let the winners choose their prize.

The 6 above mentioned pilots are invited to choose their prize in this order: BAD will choose first, then AXM, then GUT, and so on.

One prize per pilot.

It is mandatory to post in this topic. No PM or email.

We kindly ask the winners to choose quickly (48h) their prizes so we can complete this first step within 2 weeks and move forward to Step #2

 Many thanks to our sponsors and partners : Les planeurs de Challes (CSVVA), Les planeurs du bassin d'Arcachon, Condorsoaring, Condor Club, Naviter, TrackIR.fr

Hi, dear organisers!
Thank you very much for this great and unusual for free competitions way to finish! It is great honor for me to be first in this ceremony
Unfortunately at nearest time I can't fly in beautiful mountains of France, so I'd like to choose TrackIR 5 to feel in Condor closer to real flights

With best regards and congratulations to all!

Congratulations again to Dimitriy, you were the best.
So as a french it is easier for me to come to Challes and as Dimitriy chose the track ir, I will choose Prize 1 or 2, real flight in Challes.

Doesn't matter in this case, since BAD already chose something else, and there are two Challes flight prizes, so even if I pick that there is another one for GUT :)

I haven't decided yet, need some clarifacation about type of flight those prizes are. Local 15-minute glide back to the airport, or hours long cross country flight into the Alps makes a huge difference if it's worth it to make the trip to France :)

But I will pick either a Challes flight or a TrackIR 4.

For a quick answer to you ... I will try to reply myself for the moment, but it will be & needs to be confirmed by PhilippeFP as soon as he can ...

Those flights at Challes (near Chambéry (in Savoie - 73)) are long & big cross-country flights over French-Alps with a specialist of the area !!!

From my point of view, they definitely deserves the 2 or 3 days stay around the airfield and the trip from anywhere in Europe ! 8)

If you choose one, you shouldn't be desappointed !

Enjoy ...

I've already forgotten about these awards, but I still remember the excitement and my car chase, when I drove 300km from Warsaw to Krakow to catch the task
In few next days I will begin to re-training on glider after 26 year break - such decisions I have decided among SBC flying. So I've got an big part of award, and I very thank the organizers for the inspiration :D

I'm waiting for my choice after Jeroen decision. It seems that waiting for me a trip to France :D

Regards
Andrzej

Yes, it's a big fly in the Alps... A beautiful fly with a specialist in one of the biggest "club" in France ;)

Of Course, it must meet the parameters such as weather, availability, etc ... but it is uin beautiful flight is planned
