Most fun task in SBC so far! Nice
Unnecesary with the no pda though if you ask me. Condor doesn't do that screenshot thing very well at turnpoints anyways.
I probably have 10 screens of TP1 - all of them inside the tp looking over left wing.. My teammates only needed a few. With that, the fair competition element is gone.
I can't quite agree with that. Condor seems to be quite dumb when it comes to the screenshots - if you are within the assigned cylinder and your left wing points at the turnpoint and you look left and take the screenshot, it works. The problem is that it's pretty difficult to achieve all four of the above simultaneously

Firstly, because with Condor (or any other non-3D computer game), you don't have the depth perception you'd normally have. Sort of like driving your car with one eye closed (yes, I know, it's possible but are you really sure your no claims bouns is worth it?

Secondly, because you can't really lean to the side and get just a bit better view of what's below while still flying straight and level. You must bank, which comes at a cost (of lost altitude, usually). And then, the turnpoints aren't really well defined in Condor. OK, so you're supposed to turn at the airport. But where at the airport, actually? If you're high enough, that's less of a problem - just bank and you see it all. But if you're lower, it's not necessarily so.
Solutions? I can think of two, both pretty sufficient. One can enable the turnpoint helpers, making them visible from minimum possible distance (1km). That dispenses with reality aspect a bit, but not really that much - if you don't know where to look for them, they won't help you anyway, but when you find them, turning is much easier even if the turnpoint radius is less than the visibility range. Or one can clearly describe the turnpoints in the briefing. This helps keep the realism at maximum, but then you have to make sure not to hit the language barriers. As a not so random example - I once flew a task where the turnpoints were called "les cretes" and "lacs de planchi". The first was easy, even though the first translator I used told me I should turn the Cretans. But the second point, which got consistently translated to "lakes board" was quite confusing...

So: yes, please - more no-PDA tasks! Just make them less impossible, technologically

Best,
