Uros and GR, moderators,

Maybe you have not seen this post ?

IMHO what we have here is a willing member (Serginho) doing a useful list promoting the community creations to the benefit of users.

Could you please explain the policy for "post-it" ?

Don't know if it is allready proposed yet, but it is perhaps over time possible to link all the new maps to one big map.
(starting with a map of europe etc...)
(to do a transatlantic flight in a glider :wink: )

another idea, in real life you can't fly everywhere you want, in Condor it still can...

Jan

For the UK scenery I suspect the people working on each section will work together to put them into one, but the problem with other sceneries is the size of the files and what effect it would have on memory. I suppose if you wish to fly between more than one region then it would be useful to be able to load two up, or maybe there needs to be some overlap.

It would be silly to load up an area of 10,000kms2 or more as unless we have lift over 15,000 meters it is unlikely you are going to do a 'Round the World' flight.

Cheers
Adam

No problem, Simicro.

If all designers of the listed sceneries posted here the status of their scenerie we could have a very nice overall status information.

The status phases could be as:

Collecting data (STRM, aerodromes, cities, etc);
Texturing;
Developing 3D objects
Finishing
Beta Testing
