Hello,

for those who live here or like to fly here, I begun this scenery.
Here is what is about to be covered and is roughly centered on the belgian Ardennes.
It is possible that limits will be modified to correspond to the triangles flown from EBTX and/or EBSH.

Mesh is done.
Belgian forest is done.
All the rest have to be done.

I already fly on this start and it's quite cool...
Those that are interested...

BTW what are the procedures to follow to submit this scenery to beta?
Tks
G

Yes, it is presently within limits; but these may be modified soon.
See previous post about triangles.

I'll say it as soon I know.

Yes for sure...
I'm flying there (virtually) everyday, to see enhancement going on.
I'm already far enough to finish it with the 512*512 textures (I have not a registered version of terragen) and with the default objects (included airports).
If you want a version, I think it will be ready within 1-2 days; free time dependant.

In fact, thermal map is just the last thing I have to do.
Then, all could be refined; but for a beta, it will be largely enough.

Imho, you should extend the scenery eastwards up to (at least) Siegerland or even the Wasserkuppe, if possible, as the Rhine river is frequently crossed when we flying from EBSH...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to flying your scenery !

I'm considering this option presently since I visited EBTX yesterday to have the turnpoint list.
I am actually making again usage of Landserf to get the data of these new limits.
But I don't know if the scenery toolkit will accept this coverage.
I will come back soon to keep you aware of the work.
Tks for the remarks.

For beta testing you must find your own testers to fly and test with you.

For Condor Scenery QA approval you must complete the scenery 100%, with no known bugs, then submit it to ASH33M or me (OXO). We will also need a copy of the thermal map converted to bmp format.
