ALPS XL low res - install problem

Perhaps I'm being dumb

, but having downloaded the low res version in readiness for tomorrows race, when I try to load the scenery, I get dialogue box:

"access violation of address 005B6A3F in module 'Condor.exe'. Read of address 00000000"

There doesn't seem to be self extractor so I unzipped the download in to a folder a moved into 'landscapes' in Condor.
I've been off the virtual scene for a while and must be losing the plot!

Did you download and unzip the main file (107,19 MB)? If you see only Textures directory in AlpsXL landscape, that's because you forgot the main file.

Doh.....you're probably right!
I only downloaded the mormal res textures.
