speed record start height

Hello! Does anyone have any idea if there is a maximum start height when setting a speed record? Example speed around a 100km triangle. I googled it but it got too hard so I thought I just might ask!

If you mean real life rules, then there is no max start height, but you must finish no more than 1000 m below the altitude where you start.
