Don't know if anyone else has spotted this guy but his speeds on tasks are a bit silly, think his choice of name says a lot.

I wanted to open a post about Iron race league but I can use this open
this guy made 2 tries in iron's league and uploaded 1 ftr where he got the 1st rank, when i seen his result i was shocking, i had 1st time before, it wasn't an impossible time , surely beatable maybe 1 min, maybe 2min.. especially making some tries but sure not 10min like he made with same plane class (asw27) or 12 min with standard like he made before!!

now we can see his ftr analysis on condor-club http://www.condor-club.eu/analysis/0/?res=7198

we can see how he cheated..
he found 2 lift with an incredible climb rate from 6m/s to 20m/s, till about 7000m, but the strange thing is that few minuts after, he loose spiraling more than 4000m!
Image

here the flights he made online: http://www.condor-club.eu/comp/raceresults/0/?id=1731

he sent the ftr of this flight

Image

but he made another flight before with standard plane doing about -2 min..
Image

well, we had seen some guys cheating in the past, we know, but the question is if this guy found the way to cheat online?

As can be seen from the Condor club analyses, for some reason the "Plane recovery" option is checked on.
Also, Penalty points for that is 30 points.
His total Penalty points for the flight is 90, so he used "Plane Recovery" 3 times.
This corresponds to the barogram, and shows exactly when and where he used it.

His results should be removed and the the Plane Recovery option for this task unchecked, to keep the scoring fair for the others.
In this case, I don't think P.Unk "cheated", he just used the available option and didn't realize his actions were disclosed this easiliy.

the analysis show only that he used 3 times (90 p) the plane recovery, but the height recovery isn't allowed infact the barogram don't show some height recovery (it is instantaneous vertical line) but only 2 strong thermals (u can see he turn)

It might be interesting to note that "PunkBuster" is one of the most used anti cheating programs for multi-player games.

I think all online games have been hacked at some point. It's a bit pointless in Condor as I really can't see how you could cheat effectively without it being blatantly obvious in the FTR.

Was plane recovery used after testing flutter? I ask as he entered the Skyrace server I was in last Friday, very quickly fluttered & left. I saw him later in another Skyrace server which according to the server list he was leading.

Here's another example http://www.condor-club.eu/raceresults/0/?id=1775 while 130kmh is I think quite possible on this task I don't believe 157kmh is remotely possible.

Also note that his RN is CON, it could be a coincidence. For the benefit of non native English speakers CON means ...to persuade by deception in other words trick.

Have a look at the Condor Club link in my previous post ... its one of your tasks :)

Its happened in Condor in the past, there was someone who found a way of increasing the performance (I think) his times were being removed from the likes of Speedbattle until this possibility was patched out of the game. Someone else tried a rather silly one in SBC, they flew the task offline after modifying the flight plan slightly & got 1st place for a very short time :)

I did a quick comparison of the flightplan in the submitted .ftr file against the original on Condor Club.
Find the difference. 8)

Good luck P.Unk. :(
