From Tuesday, 10th April is ready for download from SpeedBattle (Thank you very much, SBC team)

What is new in version 2.5

. Vista compatible Setup
· Recalibration of scenery for better compatibility with SeeYou
· New airports
· All airports moved to correct position
· About 10 new realistic airports
· New and complete rewrited 3d objects
· New trees coverage depending on photo textures
· Relief of Tatras mountain was repaired
· New PDA maps
· And some surprises… J

Important notice

There are also two bonus airports from reality, which was added after a pleas of pilots from these areas. These airports cannot keep usual standard of Condor airports and they are marked with a symbol + after a name. Please do not used these airports for MP races or cups, there are primarily for single player use. With some limitations is possible, of course, use it also for MP, but is a necessary to understand limitations of these airports and test a condition before race very carefully. Please read atteched "ReadMe.pdf" file.

Installation

There are two installation packs: Full install setup and Update from 2.0 version. Folder is the same as for Slovakia 2.0, SlovakiaCE. In both cases version 2.0 is replaced by version 2.5.

Version 2.5 is a last for next one, two year - now we are working at Czech scenery. If new design for Czech scenery (look at "Czech scenery" thread) will have a success, probably (I hope) I will change to this design Slovakia as a v3.0 at the future

Have a fun

Excellent, I need to know if there was any change in the area covered so I can update the XCSoar data.

Area is the same, but callibration is more accuracy and airports was moved to more accuracy positions (center of airport at SeeYou and center of main runway at Condor are not the same, but difference is not usually too big) To Kaleu: yes, I have your paragliders here, I am very sorry that I forgot you at readme  I am old and tired man :)

Great work Cadfael! Just had a little fly round, and you can see the improvement right away. 8) Did all my long flights in this scenery. I must repeat some of them.

Yes, B737 and Mig 21 are here, at their right place :)
But Mig 21 are not flying more at the reality ...

You are welcome Cadfael. My pleasure to promote your work :)

Guys, I hope that someone will host a "monster" 32 players freeflight server tonight to celebrate the release of the scenery.

I wish I could but my internet connection is not good enough for 32.
