Scenery of Hungary

Postby jbreznai » Wed Mar 29, 2006 3:04 pm

Hello!
I started develop scenery of Hungary (3x3 matrix).
I could convert raw to trn, I could insert the map to CST.
But I can not receive correct position (Lat; Lon) information on under left side of CST in little windows.
I can make calibration points, I can lay ground objects. If I try lay Airports, I can write airport datas but airport appear ahight left side of map. I think, that I have problem in 3Dem or RAW TRN conversion.

Janos, as far as I remember (but I hope that I am not wrong), Lat/lon are sets only during calibration in Landscape editor. Check your calibration points again and your Lat/Lon of airport from another source.
And welcome in Condor!

Hello Cadfael!

My problem is constant. I can make exactly calibration points but I can not lay Airports to correct position, airports appear ahight left side of map. I not receive correct position (Lat; Lon) information on under left side of CST in little windows. [/code]

Szia János!

Én is elkezdtem csinálni a Magyarország scenery-t.
Megvan a domborzat, alap textúrák, készülnek a repterek, stb.
Ha gondolod keress meg privátban.

Ãœdv!

Hi Janos

Sometimes its nessecary to set 3 Calibration Points to let the Editor know where left and right is.

Its maybe a stupid question but did you press "calibrate map"

Is the conversion from degree to decimal correct ?

Good Luck
