Started on a Nimbus 2c

Postby Lecro » Sat Apr 23, 2005 11:24 pm

Hello,

I fly the real one and I would be so happy to see it in Condor...

Do you think it is possible to take the interior and the fuselage of the nimbus 4, to tweak it a bit and then to add the nimbus 2c wings (so the 3d model would be quickly build..)

I fly a full size nimbus 2c and I can provide all data and measurements needed!

Have you made a Nimbus 2c yet?

Postby auster » Mon Apr 24, 2006 4:26 am

Hi,

I own a Nimbus 2c in Australia. VH-GAW #25. Get this! One wing is serial number #25, the other is #26???

Would love to see a Nimbus 2C.

Cheers

I fly out of Darling downs soaring club and Kingaroy. The nimbus is at DDSC. Robert Hart does most of the flying in it.

What happened to the Nimbus 2c? :S
The only thing worse than than looking at your wingtip is looking at the shadow of your wingtip!

After PP1 is released I will see what interest there is in flying the old Jantar 2b. If there is a lot, then I will build this plane to compete with it. Maybe Tom Eagles will finish the ASW-17 too.

If there's no interest, then I'll build a DG or an LS 4 or an SG-38 or something...
